Purchases
All items purchased from chaletjewelers.com must be paid in full with funds verified before the item will be delivered. If you choose to pick up your purchase at the store, we accept cash, personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, or credit cards. If you live out of town and would like us to ship your item(s) you can pay via credit card, bank-wire transfer, (contact us for bank-wire transfer ), or you may mail a personal check, cashiers check , or money order to the address listed below. We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master card American Express, and Discover. All payments are to be made in US dollars. Financing available upon request.

Shipping
We know how exciting it can be to buy a new piece of jewelry. That is why we get your new item(s) to you as soon as possible. Nearly every order will ship same or next day. Rates may vary with distance and value. We normally ship according to the rules below. However, if you have specific shipping instructions please note them in your order. Please allow 6-8 weeks on custom pieces. Gift-wrapping is available upon request.

$500.00 and under will ship United States Postal Service insured. Over $ 500.00 will ship United State Postal Service registered and insured mail.

Returns
Unaltered items are returnable in original condition within 2 weeks of shipping date only with a return authorization number. Please call for a return authorization number at 1-888-549-5771. There is no return on custom orders or exceptional value sales. Terms and conditions of our physical store, may differ from those or Chaletjewelers.com Items being returned must be shipped fully insured via U.S. mail, by insured mail if the item is less than $500.00 or registered mail if the value is more than $500.00 Please use a "Return Receipt Requested", service for additional protection. Chalet Jewelers.com will not be responsible for items lost in transit.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping cost associated with the return of an item. A refund or credit will not be issued until Chaletjewelers.com has received the item. Chaletjewelers.com offers a 1 year product and workmanship warranty. We guarantee all gemstone representations to be accurate. Chaletjewelers.com will repair jewelry purchased through us and replace stones that may fall out due to faulty craftsmanship or parts. We will not be responsible for accidents, carelessness, general wear, or work done by other jewelers. In short, we back up both our claims and our products.
